If you had, I guarantee you would be bitching as much as we are. Are we just supposed to accept incompetence as some sorta karma? I didn't purchase any tickets. Don't know what tomorrow will bring or what the next 4 months has in store for us. Food prices are going up. Gas prices are soaring. In these times, survival can be hard. I would rather put food in my mouth sitting in my warm home listening to TOOL on my headphones full throttle as opposed to going to a show to with nothing but ungrateful self entitled punks who deserve nothing more than a fist up their asses.

Sitting this one out. Survival reasons. And besides I saw them once. Just once. And I am satisfied with just that I am owed exactly what I paid for,. Glad you are satisfied with one show. I am not … I bust my ass and sacrifice so I can put food on the table and blow half my entertainment budget for the year taking my teen son to a show of both our favorite bands.

We arnt whining about the band … this is directed at the folks that run this part of the business. Part of the problem with the human species is we tolerate incompetence far too often.

Was looking at the email again to make sure it came from tool and in Gmail if you select "view security details" the email was sent from mailer. I received a text message along with my cancellation email. Thanks Tool. At least you keep us well informed of how we got screwed.

Shopify is the storefront the band uses to sell these packages and their merch. It is legit. If it wasn't, I wouldn't be able to see that the refund has already landed back into my bank account. They are more than happy to send us texts about their stupid sales in toolarmy store but can't be bothered to text us before presales end? It's not enough, I need more. Nothing seems to satisfy. I don't want it, don't need it. To breathe to feel I've been prison gang banged. HAARP, willing. Tool always put on one helluva show.

I had gold package for Grand Rapids, but it was canceled. I would like to know why. I couldn't get a silver as it was all sold out, so now I have a bronze. I wish there was more information for us. I bought my exclusive gold ticket at 10 a. Today I get an email saying there was an error and packages are sold out. Anyone else have this problem? Bought a bronze package for Columbus but I'm pissed that I could have had silver in Louisville if I didn't try to get the gold in Cleveland, I really hope this was all just a mistake.

Had a receipt in my inbox at am. Packages were stated to be not transferable and non refundable. How hard is it to post a message, tweet, a bulk email something with an explanation? It's total bullshit Lifetime TA membership and get fucked up the ass with no lube or even the courtesy of a reach around waiting 24 hours to let us know our orders canceled is unacceptable I would have been fine with this if I had gotten the message right away and still had a chance at a good seat now everything is bought up. I dont want my money back. I want accountability, there were only 10 gold packages. I paid for one of them.

My gold VIP for Louisville was cancelled today because of insufficient stock. If I'd known that was even a possibility I would have gone a different route. Let's get a count of who had gold in each city, I has gold in Cleveland. I had gold San Antonio and Buffalo for my wife and I. Both cancelled. And I was in and out of them both in under 1 minute.

Was anyone able to purchase CLE tickets? Any type? Ended up with Columbus tix. So odd. I bought 2 Silver. WTF is going on here?? They should have at least rolled them over to the next available level or give an option to refund. They should still honor the merch. WHY was my gold package cancelled? I did nothing wrong. If a single member is found to have purchased more than two packages for a show, their order can be cancelled and refunded without notice. The way I read it is presale and VIP packages have different rules this says 2 packages per show so you could buy vip pack to every show but the regular presale tickets are limited to 4 tickets at only one show.

And I got cancelled for Gold San Antonio. Fucking Ticketmaster kicked me out when I had 5th row floor tix in my cart. I was able to score a couple bronze VIP packages though. Has anyone purchased these in the past?

First rows? Somewhat center stage hopefully? Oh well. From what I understand Silver, Gold and Bronze are the same thing. The only difference is with Gold you get a signed item. The level you purchase has no effect on seating.

All levels get great seating. I scored silver for NYC and I'm good with that. Have an awesome time!!! The quality of merch will be better for gold and silver the seats are handed out first come first serve. Got floor tickets for the Philly show. Saw them just before covid hit. You are buying through the site and not TM. I just don't know where my seat are. Where are my "Premium Tickets" located? I wanted to get the package but seeing them is what matters most to me. If there is only one browser that works they need to let the paying public know.

I tried safari and Firefox with the exact same problem. Basic info would be nice. It has nothing to do with the browser you used and everything to do with your device and or internet connection you probably need to clear your browsing history and cache make sure all updates are installed that's just basic computer maintenance so I say again how was that Toolbands fault.

So got the confirmation for the Tool Army Membership order and surprise it looks like everyone else is experiencing the same issue of not having their membership updated. Love how this does not completely align with the excellence of the band.

I have the same exact question. It only redirect back to ticketmaster. I dont know if the presale will be there or if there is another option. Presale code doesn't work. Your site doesn't work WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am just hoping when 10 am hits I will be able to purchase the package or get a seat, I am so anxious seeing all these comments that some pre-sale codes did not work or others did not even need it.

All three packages come with Premium Floor Tickets. Location of seating cannot be guaranteed and ADA seating may vary per venue. The boxes will contain a combination of show specific and tour exclusive items. Items will vary by package tier. The items are limited in nature and are only available within either the Gold, Silver or Bronze level boxes.

The Gold package is limited to 10 per show and will contain an item signed by the band. I have two Silver packages and still got seats in the front row of the level. I also think you can get a better perspective of their show from or levels. My membership expires in Nov but under My profile it shows I'm in the free tier and I dont have a presale code.

Help I cant find how to purchase right now on the presale. For the Tool Army presale, do they generally send out a code or password in order to purchase the tickets? Or does it vary by venue?

Where can I find this info? I didn't see that Tool has a requirement in the post. I would say it varies by venue. The ones I am going to are all different. Philly doesn't specify vaccination but you have to wear a mask. Newark has no vaccination requirement but 'suggests' a mask. Buffalo states mandatory vaccination and masks are optional.

For NYC you definitely need to show proof of vaxx or negative Covid test. Also check the requirements of the venue.
